Shipments and deliveries do not take place on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments and deliveries may be delayed.

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
checkout.

Fuel Surcharge:                15% on the base freight

COD Charges:                    Rs.28/- or 1.2% of the Shipment value whichever is higher

Service Tax:                        As applicable

• NA – Service Not Available
• Above mentioned same rates will be applicable for RTO Shipments except COD charges
• Chargeable Weight – The above rates will be applicable on higher of Physical or Volumetric

Weight. Chargeable weight will be rounded off to next 0.5 Kg for Standard Service

• Volumetric Weight will be calculated as follows:
• For SD Service: Length (cm) x Breadth (cm) x Height (cm) / 4500

• The Above TAT are applicable excluding Pickup day

 Online-medicines.com is not responsible for any taxes applied
to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Customize the following: Online-medicines.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during
shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our
support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods
before filing a claim.
